LA’s Board of Directors conducted an organizational assessment, including interviews with leadership, to identify strengths, opportunities and emerging needs across programming and fundraising. This strategic plan positions Girls Inc. LA to expand access to school-based programming, deepen impact, strengthen long-term sustainability and grow our community of supporters.
