With the support of Deloitte, Girls Inc. LA’s Board of Directors conducted an organizational assessment, including interviews with leadership, to identify strengths, opportunities and emerging needs across programming and fundraising. This strategic plan positions Girls Inc. LA to expand access to school-based programming, deepen impact, strengthen long-term sustainability and grow our community of supporters.

Reimagine fundraising events and donor engagement to strengthen relationships, deepen community connection and welcome new supporters.
